The eat Festival returned to the town center with over 100 vendors, artisans, and creatives from across the South West showcasing their exceptional products. Cllr Mike Rigby expressed his excitement about the increase in attendance, highlighting the community's enthusiastic participation in the celebration of Somerset Day.

Mike Cook of Mike's Patisserie remarked, "I'm feeling good and excited, there are lots of people, it's a nice day. Happy Somerset Day." Similarly, Russell Smith from Somerset Charcuterie noted the importance of the festival in bringing local people and producers together, stating, "We are proud of Somerset... you get some amazing produce, as you can see today."
