Data shows that rental prices are stagnating or decreasing in various locations, particularly within the Midlands and South of England. For instance, rents in Wales have dropped by 1.7% year-on-year, while Bournemouth and Birmingham report decreases of 1% and 0.7%, respectively. Reasons Behind the Shift
