Our Time Press: A New Chapter Unfolds as Publication Continues!
In a surprising turn of events, Our Time Press will continue its journey as a vibrant publication, contrary to previous announcements of its discontinuation. Thanks to strategic adjustments in production costs, the publication has found a way to sustain its weekly issues and continue serving its community.
A Fresh Identity on the Horizon
Starting April 9th, Our Time Press will evolve into the Our Time Press Bed Stuy Villager, transitioning to a bi-weekly format. This change signifies a rejuvenation of the publication's mission and a commitment to serve the Bed-Stuy community more directly.
Acknowledging the Vital Support
President David Greaves expressed heartfelt gratitude to the women-led businesses that advertise in the publication—essential contributors to its ongoing success. Notable supporters include Dr. Beatrice Kinsey from P.E.A.C.E Health Center and Lurita Brown of Clinton Hill Simply Art & Framing Gallery, among others. Their unwavering support not only fortifies the publication but also exemplifies the strength of community collaboration.
This triumphant development not only emphasizes resilience in the face of challenges but also highlights the importance of community involvement in sustaining local media outlets. As Our Time Press embarks on this new venture, it promises to remain a crucial platform for community stories and voices.
