Nigerian Volunteers Inspire Change Through Good Deeds Day

Since formally joining the movement in 2018, Nigeria has seen the active participation of over 6,000 volunteers and more than 120 partner organizations seeking to create a positive impact across the nation.

This year, Nigeria's Good Deeds Day has expanded its outreach, positively affecting various demographics, including the elderly, children in orphanages, and students in underserved schools. With initiatives like “Kindness in the Streets,” children are encouraged to identify the needs of their neighbors and contribute resources from school farms, instilling a sense of responsibility and community involvement from a young age.

Additionally, a volunteer conference planned for this year will celebrate past achievements, foster networking among volunteers, and inspire increased participation.
