Now in its 13th year, this initiative recognizes the invaluable contributions of individuals and organizations dedicated to fostering a positive impact on the environment and the rural economy.
A Call to Acknowledge Outstanding Contributions
Organized by the New Forest National Park Authority in collaboration with the Country Land and Business Association (CLA), the awards aim to shine a light on those who go above and beyond in their commitment to the New Forest’s unique landscape and vibrant communities. Alison Barnes, the chief executive of the New Forest National Park Authority, emphasized the significance of this annual ceremony, stating, "This is a valuable opportunity to recognize the people whose dedication helps shape and sustain this extraordinary place."

The 2025 New Forest Awards will encompass various categories, including Sustainability Champion, Young Farmer, Best Supporter of Local Produce, Young Environmental Champion, Farming and Nature Champion, and Commoning Champion. Notably, both self-nominations and public nominations are encouraged, making the awards accessible to a wide range of contributors within the New Forest area.
Community Spirit Shines Through
