Lumo has announced an unprecedented support for Pride events this year, partnering with major celebrations in Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh, and Gateshead. Last year, Lumo took significant steps to create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees by introducing gender-neutral uniforms for their Customer Experience Ambassadors. In addition to championing diversity, Lumo has made strides in job creation, recently launching a new West Coast Main Line service which connects Stirling to London Euston.
