Expanding Support for Pride Celebrations

Lumo has announced an unprecedented support for Pride events this year, partnering with major celebrations in Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh, and Gateshead. This initiative showcases their dedication not only to providing excellent service on their East Coast Main Line but also to fostering an inclusive environment. Last year, Lumo took significant steps to create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees by introducing gender-neutral uniforms for their Customer Experience Ambassadors. In addition to championing diversity, Lumo has made strides in job creation, recently launching a new West Coast Main Line service which connects Stirling to London Euston.
