Recently, over 100 staff members completed specialized training designed to enhance their ability to respond to and report incidents, ensuring that women feel safe and supported at Anfield.

The LFC Foundation is actively creating accessible pathways for women and girls through targeted programs such as 'We Empower', which focuses on building confidence and addressing gender disparities. This past season, 928 young people benefited from the program, with a remarkable 86% reporting increased confidence in confronting stereotypes. Additionally, initiatives like Premier League Kicks demonstrate how football can be an effective tool for personal development and engagement.
