Inspiring New Book Celebrates Resilience and Empowerment of Women
The recently released book, The Empowerment Effect: Series Two, has soared to the top of Amazon’s charts, a fitting tribute launched just in time for International Women’s Day. Curated by Sarah Hulme, a dedicated businesswoman from Lostock, this volume shares the remarkable stories of 24 women who have overcome significant hardships, including trauma, illness, and adversity.
A Celebration of Strength
Sarah Hulme, the founder of the women-only networking community COVEM, expressed her enthusiasm: "This is perfect as it launched in time for International Women’s Day." The collection showcases a diverse array of voices, highlighting incredible stories of strength and resilience that deserve to be heard.
A Growing Community
COVEM, which started as a single group in Bolton, has expanded significantly and now hosts up to 20 networking sessions each month across the North West. This expansion is indicative of the growing demand for platforms where women can share experiences and support each other professionally and personally. Many women involved in COVEM have stepped into leadership roles as franchise leaders, showcasing the transformative nature of this community.
Looking Ahead
The success of the first installment of the Empowerment Effect series, which became a bestseller on Amazon and was featured by Waterstones, has paved the way for a third volume, set to feature another 24 inspiring stories. This forward momentum underlines the importance of amplifying women's voices and celebrating their journeys.
Engaging with the Community
On March 22, a book signing event will take place at Regent Park Golf Club, offering an opportunity for the public to meet the women behind these powerful narratives. As copies of The Empowerment Effect: Series Two become available online, it is a reminder of the strength found in community and the power of shared stories.
The Empowerment Effect series continues to shed light on the lives of women from Bolton and beyond, showcasing resilience, hope, and the unyielding spirit of those who refuse to be defined by their hardships.
