Exciting Growth in the Creative Sector: New Tenants and Expanding Businesses at Baltic Creative CIC
Baltic Creative CIC is experiencing a noteworthy surge in growth and development, welcoming a variety of new tenants and supporting existing businesses in their expansion. The creative community is thriving, indicating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere for entrepreneurs and innovators alike.
New Tenants Join the Thriving Community
Recent additions to Baltic Creative CIC include Helta Skelta, a creative media studio; Craft’d London, a men’s jewellery brand; and Skyhook Games Studio, a game developer that has moved into two suites at Digital House. These fresh arrivals reflect the creative vitality of the area, showcasing a diverse range of talents and industries.
Expansions and Relocations Highlight Success
In addition to new tenants, several existing businesses are also flourishing. Music and entertainment company Modern Sky has successfully expanded their operations within the CIC portfolio, while Binary, a music events brand, has transitioned to a larger studio on Jordan Street, moving from one of the shed spaces. Such growth not only signifies the success of these companies but also enhances the overall collaborative environment of Baltic Creative CIC.
Supporting Continued Growth with New Roles
To manage this growing community, Baltic Creative CIC is currently recruiting for three key roles: Head of Communications & Partnerships, Head of Property, and a part-time Office Administrator. Lynn Haime, Chief Executive Officer at Baltic Creative CIC, emphasized the importance of these roles in maintaining an effective support system for both new and existing tenants. "Being able to support that full journey, from early-stage businesses through to larger, established teams, all within the same community, is exactly what we’re here to do,” she stated.
A Bright Future Ahead
The ongoing evolution and growth at Baltic Creative CIC not only nurture a thriving ecosystem for start-ups and established companies but also foster a sense of community and collaboration. As more businesses take on additional space, the commitment to supporting their growth ensures a dynamic environment ripe with potential for innovation and success.
