The program is a brainchild of Nic Byrne, the founder of Urban Calm, along with integrative counsellor Sarah Worsley and Francesca Kearns of Francesca Couture. Their shared vision was to create a safe haven for young people facing the pressures of social media and body image issues, ensuring that every girl can find a space where she feels welcomed and valued.
