The event celebrated around 60 influential women, particularly from Bolton, recognizing their dedication to leadership that transcends traditional metrics of success.

Gulnaz Brennan, founder of SheInspires, articulated a vision that moves beyond conventional rankings, emphasizing the importance of recognizing how leaders uplift those around them. Unlike typical acknowledgments which are based solely on nominations or applications, the Impact Leaders List is based on a deliberate editorial curation. The event also featured a raffle, raising £410 for the Empower 50k Girls initiative, an endeavor aimed at enhancing girls' health, financial literacy, and self-worth both locally and globally.
