On February 15th from 10 AM to 2 PM, the Crowne Plaza in Stratford will host the Feel Good Fest, a vibrant and free community event dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing. This initiative is not only an opportunity to learn about local resources but also aims to strengthen connections amongst residents and support networks.
An Array of Activities for All Ages
Attendees can expect a variety of engaging activities, including taster sessions and workshops focused on fitness, mental health support, music, family activities, and volunteering. The event is organized collaboratively by the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, Stratford Town Trust, and WCAVA, showcasing a united effort to enhance community wellbeing.
