Community Voices Lead to Positive Changes in Online Safety Legislation

In a significant move towards enhancing online safety, a public consultation in Jersey has garnered overwhelming support for new legislation aimed at combating illegal and harmful online content. The eight-week consultation received an impressive response, with over 80% of participants in favor of granting islanders a statutory right to request the removal of illegal content.
