After a lengthy closure, the beloved Hindley Road Post Office in Daisy Hill is back in business, much to the delight of local residents. Operated by Usman (Ozzy) and Hajia Patel, the post office reopened its doors on April 7, following a closure that began in January 2025 lasting a total of 14 months.

A Warm Welcome Back

With the reopening, Usman expressed a heartfelt sentiment, stating, "We're really happy that we're open again so we can keep on serving the community." His eagerness to reconnect with customers reflects a strong commitment to community service, which has been sorely missed during the closure.

"We want to let everybody know that we're back, so they can start using our Post Office again," Usman emphasized, showing their readiness to resume normal operations and provide the vital services that residents rely on.
