Reflecting on Three Years of Impact

Over the past three years, Women in Broking has featured an impressive total of 35 women from diverse roles across the broker community—including brokers, suppliers, and funders. The initiative has highlighted women in pivotal positions in compliance, sales, marketing, and operations. The program has not only celebrated industry leaders like Shane Coomber of Leasys UK and Lynette Randall of Alpha Contracts but has also given a platform to rising stars such as Lydia Pemberton of Rivervale Maxus.

New Initiatives and Events

In response to feedback about the lack of female networking opportunities, Women in Broking launched in-person events to foster community and collaboration. These sessions have been extremely well-received, featuring expert speakers like Alice Altemaire, the former CEO of Mobilize FS, and Andrea Holland, an inspiring ex-BMW executive.
