This special celebration gathered 364 active volunteers who collectively dedicated an impressive 20,500 hours over the past year, significantly enriching the community and supporting those in need.

Star Performers Recognized
Among the many volunteers honored was John Bangura, who received the coveted 'Volunteer of the Year Award' for his extraordinary commitment. Over the last year, John devoted 900 hours as a Digital Champion and assisted at the Barking Community Hub, embodying the spirit of community service. His dedication exemplifies the remarkable contributions made by volunteers throughout the borough.
