Celebrating Community and Culture at the Great Yorkshire Show!

The Great Yorkshire Show, an iconic countryside event, is set to captivate visitors this July with a series of lively performances and interactive activities. Scheduled from July 14 to 17, the show promises an exhilarating Friday lineup, introducing line dancing and choral music to its program.

A New Interactive Experience

This year, the Sheep Shearing Stage will feature performances from the energetic Boot Scootin’ Cow Girls and the acclaimed Knot Another Choir. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in four engaging line dancing sessions, designed to be accessible to everyone, as Katie Geddes from the Cow Girls emphasized that it's "beginner-friendly" and anyone can join in.

Choral Performances to Uplift the Spirit

Knot Another Choir is set to perform a medley of hits, infusing the event with a musical atmosphere that is bound to elevate the spirits of the audience. Choir trustee Julie Bradbury-Sharp expressed how honored they are to be part of such a prestigious show, stating, "Being able to perform at the Great Yorkshire Show is a real honour. We are delighted." This underscores the choir's commitment to community engagement through the arts.

A Festival for All
